October Meeting

October meeting report Chairman, Liz Turner, welcomed members and visitors to our afternoon demonstration.  We were reminded of our Fun with Flowers afternoon workshop on Wednesday 28th November at Plumley Village Hall, open to members and visitors, cost £12 inclusive, just bring your scissors. Liz introduced our demonstrator, Catherine Baines, from Preston who showed us her, “Garden Magic”.  We were not only in awe of her wonderful exhibits but  entertained by her depiction of the many spectacular gardens she has visited. She freely gave advice on many aspects of preparation and styling in flower arranging.
